自拟逐瘀散结汤直流电离子导入治疗玻璃体积血的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨自拟逐瘀散结汤直流电离子导入治疗玻璃体积血的临床疗效.方法：随机将我院收治的96例（96只眼）玻璃体积血患者作为调查对象,通过回顾分析法,将48例（48只眼）作为对照组,另外48例（48只眼）作为治疗组,其中对照组主要使用氨碘肤眼药水点眼治疗;治疗组采用自拟逐瘀散结汤直流电离子导入治疗,对比治疗后的临床效果、不良反应.结果：通过3个疗程的治疗,治疗组的总有效率为96.43%,显著高于对照组的80.17%（P〈0.05）.其中对照组的不良反应率为11.3%,有一定的副作用,而治疗组无不良反应及副作用,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：对玻璃体积血患者采用自拟逐瘀散结汤直流电离子导入治疗,不仅能够使得玻璃体积血进行吸收,而且还没有任何的不良反应与副作用,值得推广.Objective to study the plans to invigorate the fights soup decoction of the clinical curative effect of direct current iontophoresis treatment of vitreous hemorrhage. Methods： randomly to our hospital 96 cases （96 eyes） of patients with vitreous hemorrhage as investigation object, through the retrospective analysis method, 48 cases （48 eyes） as the control group and 48 cases （48 eyes） for the treatment group, which controls the main use of ammonia iodine skin treatment eye-drops point; Treatment group using the direct current iontophoresis treatment to invigorate the fights soup, contrast after treatment, the clinical effect, adverse reaction and side effects. Results： no statistical significance, have certain comparability. Through three courses of treatment, treatment group total effective rate was 96.43% 80.17% more significantly than the control group, the comparison of two groups patients have significant difference,P〈0.05, with statistical significance. The adverse reaction rate was 11.3% in the control group, has certain side effects, and the treatment group has no adverse reactions and side effects, by comparison, the comparison of two groups of patients with significant difference,P〈0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion： the patients with vitreous hemorrhage using the direct current iontophoresis treatment to invigorate the fights soup, not only can make vitreous hemorrhage absorption, but also without any adverse reaction and side effects, is a kind of treatment to be promoted.
