达克罗宁胶浆对儿童患者留置导尿全麻苏醒期尿管刺激躁动的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨在导尿管前段涂抹盐酸达克罗宁胶浆对男性儿童患者全麻术后苏醒期尿管刺激引起躁动的抑制作用以及全麻苏醒期血流动力学的影响.方法：选择在全麻下行下肢手术的男性儿童患者,随机分组A组和B组,每组40例,其中A组在留置导尿前用盐酸达克罗宁胶浆涂抹导尿管前段,B组采用无菌石蜡涂抹导尿管前段,评估全麻苏醒期两组患者尿管刺激的严重程度及血流动力学变化.结果：两组患者苏醒均良好,而B组血压、心率变化均高于A组,躁动例数及躁动程度也明显高于观察组.结论：应用达克罗宁胶浆涂抹导尿管前段对男性儿童患者留置导尿全麻苏醒期躁动有良好的预防作用,可有效地减轻患儿全麻苏醒期尿管刺激引起的躁动.Objective In front daub Dyclonine Hydrochloride Mucllage catheter awakening period after general anesthesia in patients with male children ureter stimulation caused a stir of inhibition and awakening period hemodynamic effects of general anesthesia. Results： Two groups of patients regained consciousness are good.Blood pressure, heart rate changes and B group were higher than that of group A. Agitation cases and agitation is significantly higher than the observation group .conclusion： Mike used to smear the indwelling catheter in patients with male children anesthesia catheter delivering awakening period agitation has a good prevention role,Can effectively reduce the children anesthesia awakening period ureter stimulation caused a stir!
