摘  要:在很多新晋本科院校中,教学与科研往往会存在着一定的冲突和矛盾,具体表现在教学与科研的时间分配、经费投入,以及内容相互脱离等方面。究其原因,主要存在:片面理解了"教学为中心"及"教学第一",以及科研是少数教师的个人行为的错误认识。如何协调二者的矛盾,平衡、融合科研与教学关系是当前新晋本科院校亟待解决的问题,本文在分析新晋本科院校教学与科研关系的基础上,提出了平衡和融合教学与科研关系的对策。In a lot of new undergraduate colleges,teaching and scientific research often exist some conflicts andcontradictions,embodied in the teaching and scientific research of time allocation,fund input,as well as content fromeach other. Investigate its reason,mainly exist:the one-sided understanding of the //“teaching as the center//”and //“teaching the first//”,and scientific research is one of the few teachers' individual behavior. How to coordinate thecontradiction between the two,to balance,the integration of scientific research and teaching is currently an urgentproblem in the new undergraduate colleges and universities,based on the analysis of new undergraduate colleges anduniversities on the basis of the relationship of teaching and research,analyzes the relationship between the balance andintegration of teaching and scientific research.
