基于普元软件平台的高校出国境管理平台的设计与开发

摘　　要：高校出国境管理在传统模式下通过纸质申请表进行申请的情况等,存在申请过程繁琐、等待时间长、审核结果反馈不及时、已有数据无法共享、数据不易统计等问题.针对以上问题,介绍了基于普元BPS(Business Process Suite,简称流程平台)产品开发的高校出国境管理平台,该平台借助于工作流引擎解决了出国境申请及审核一系列流程的运行和监控问题,同时结合平台阐述了流程图设计的几大要素:分支、聚合、参与者、工作项.经过平台开发和上线使用,证实平台设计和开发方案可以有效降低开发人工成本,提高软件质量,提升用户体验度,有效提高各部门的工作效率.In the traditional mode,colleges use paper application form to apply for visiting abroad. This process is very complicated and takes a long time. What＇s more,the audit results is not timely feedback,existing data cannot be shared,and the data are not easy to be calculated,etc. To solve the above problems,this paper introduces workflow engine,based on the Primeton Business Process Suite,the College Management Platform of application for visiting abroad is developed which can solve the operation and monitoring issues of application and review processes. Meanwhile,several elements in designing flow chart is stated combining with the platform,which include： branch,polymerization,participants,work items. After development and on-line use,it is proved that the platform can reduce labor costs,improve software quality,enhance the user experience,and effectively improve the efficiency of various departments.
