摘 要:大竹蛏(Solen grandis)是江苏沿海重要的增殖放流品种之一,2007~2014年间江苏省海洋渔业指挥部共计在"两沙"海域累计放流大竹蛏稚贝6.26×10~8枚。本研究综合运用资源调查评估、社会调查和微量元素"指纹"技术,评估了大竹蛏增殖放流效果。结果表明,通过持续的增殖放流,大竹蛏资源量明显增加,2014年资源量约是放流前(2007年)同期资源量的19~255倍;另外,增殖放流后专业钩蛏人员的数量和月均捕捞量也显著增加;微量元素分析结果表明:约85.2%野外采集的大竹蛏成体来自于增殖放流的苗种。今后,应进一步加大大竹蛏的增殖力度、优化增殖策略并加强渔业管理,达到大竹蛏资源的保护与合理利用。Solen grandis is an important species for restocking in the coasts of Jiangsu Province. During 2007- 2014,a total of 626 millions of Solen grandis were released into the Jiangjia and Zhugen shoals by Jiangsu Marine Fishery Headquarters. The present study evaluated the stocking effect of the species through fishery resource investigation,social survey and trace elemental fingerprint analysis. The resource densities of the bivalve Solen grandis in 2014 were 19- 255 times that before stocking enhancement( in 2007). Additionally,the fishing efforts and landing of the species by local fisher also gradually increased with stocking enhancement. The results from elemental fingerprint analysis indicated that 85. 2% of adult Solen grandis collected from field investigation were recognized as hatchery-reared spat. In the future,increasing stocking enhancement,optimizing releasing strategy and reinforcing fishery management should be essential for resource conservation and sustainable utilization of the species.
