摘 要:随着高工作的主电压、大功率技术的迅速发展,集成化和高频化一直都是电力电子学追求的目标。在直直变换器中,传统的三电平变换器虽减小了开关器件的电压应力,但电路功率密度较小。正反激变换器中变压器利用率高,但输入电压范围有限。提出了一种三电平正反激直直变换电路拓扑,把正反激电路和三电平电路组合在一起,不仅拓宽了变换器输入电压范围,增大了变换器的变换功率,同时提高了变压器的利用率。另外,变压器采用磁集成技术,将原有的两铁芯四绕组变压器集成为一铁芯四绕组变压器,减小了变压器体积重量,提高了变换器的功率密度。With the rapid development of high voltage and high- power technology, integration and high- frequency have always been the pursuit of a goal in the power electronics. The conventional three- level converter can decrease the switch voltage stress, but the circuit has low power density. Forward- flyback converter with high magnetic core utility ratio can limit the input- voltage range.In this paper, a novel three- level forward- flyback DC / DC converter which combines the forward- flyback with the three- level is proposed for wide input voltage range and high transform power. In addition, the advanced magnetic integration technology can be employed to integrate the four windings into a magnetic core, which decreases the volume and quality of the transformer and further improves the power density.
