“伏九贴”治疗支气管哮喘慢性持续期临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察"伏九贴"对支气管哮喘慢性持续期患者血清IgE、T淋巴细胞和肺功能变化的影响,以探讨其防治支气管哮喘的作用机制。方法将60例支气管哮喘慢性持续期患者随机分为治疗组和对照组(各30例),分别给予"伏九贴"和"三伏贴"治疗。观察治疗前后患者血清IgE、T淋巴细胞和肺功能变化。结果 1治疗后,两组患者外周血CD4+水平升高(P<0.05)、CD8+水平下降(P<0.05),且两组CD4+和CD8+水平比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。2治疗后两组患者血清IgE均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。3治疗前后两组肺功能FEV1和FEV1/FVC无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论 "伏九贴"治疗支气管哮喘慢性持续期能增强患者免疫能力和降低过敏反应性。Objective To observe the clinical effect on changes of serum Ig E,T lymphocytes and pulmonary function of bronchial asthma patients,and explore the action mechanism of＂Fujiu Sticking＂in preventing and treating bronchial asthma. Methods 60 cases of bronchial asthma patients were divided into treatment group and control group equally,and treated with＂Fujiu Sticking＂and＂Sanfu Sticking＂respectively. The changes of serum Ig E,T lymphocytes and pulmonary function were observed. Results 1 The levels of CD4＋increased（ P〈0.05） and CD8＋decreased（ P〈0.05） after the treatment and there was significance in the levels of CD4＋and CD8＋in the two groups（ P〈0.05）. 2 After the treatment,the serum Ig E of the two groups decreased obviously than before（ P〈0.05）,and the treatment group was lower than that of control group（ P〈0.05）. 3There was no significant difference in FEV1 and FEV1/ FVC in the two groups before and after treatment（ P〉0.05）. Conclusion ＂Fujiu Sticking＂has curative effect on increasing immunity and decreasing allergic reaction in bronchial asthma patients in chronic persistent period.
