平肝活血方治疗肝郁瘀阻型失眠症伴记忆力减退临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察平肝活血方治疗肝郁瘀阻型失眠症伴记忆力减退的临床疗效。方法将72例失眠症伴记忆力减退患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组36例。对照组予乌灵胶囊治疗,治疗组予平肝活血方治疗,疗程均为12周。应用SPIEGEL量表评价患者睡眠改善情况和事件相关电位(ERPs)评价记忆力改善情况。结果治疗后,两组SPIEGEL量表评分均较前显著下降(P<0.05),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组ERPs P3峰潜伏期较治疗前明显缩短(P<0.01),且短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论平肝活血方能显著改善肝郁瘀阻型失眠症患者的睡眠状况和记忆力。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Pinggan Huoxue Decoction＂in treating liver-depression and blood-stasis insomnia accompanied by hypomnesis. Methods Seventy-two subjects were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,36 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Wuling Capsule,and treatment group was added with＂Pinggan Huoxue Decoction＂,with the course of 12 weeks. The improvement of the sleep were decided by SPIEGEL scale score and assessed by P300 changes to contrast. Results After treatment,SPIEGEL scale score of the two groups were reduced（ P〈0.05）,and the treatment group was lower than the control group（ P〈0.05）; ＂Pinggan Huoxue Decoction＂exhibits a distinguish efficacy on P300 after the treatment than before in treatment group（ P〈0.01）,and the treatment was shorter than the control group（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion ＂Pinggan Huoxue Decoction＂has an advantage in improving memory and sleep in the treatment of insomnia.
