摘  要:文章研究了3个SBR反应器R1、R2和R3在进水C/N比分别为5、10和30条件下硝化好氧颗粒污泥的形成过程,分析了颗粒形成过程中污泥形态及其各物化性质变化过程。结果表明,经过35 d培养,污泥形成颗粒,所得好氧颗粒污泥的颜色接近橙黄色,C/N比越高颜色越深;污泥的SVI30降低,由接种污泥的52.51 m L/g分别降为46.45、25.32、31.12 m L/g;小C/N比(为5)条件下形成的污泥大颗粒较多,而大C/N比(为30)条件下时形成的小颗粒较多,均不利于污泥沉降,同等条件下C/N比为10时所形成的颗粒污泥最优。This paper studies the formation of nitrification aerobic granular sludges in three different sequencing batch reactors(SBR) R1, R2 and R3 under different influent C/N conditions, with the influent C/N ratios of R1, R2 and R3 respectively as 5, 10 and 30. The characteristics and the physical and chemical properties change process about the sludge granulation were analyzed, and results show that, after 35 d cultivation, the formation of sludge particles' s color close to orange, as the higher C/N ratio, the color becomes deeper; and the sludge's SVI30 also reduce, SVI30 of inoculation sludge from52.51 m L/g MLSS reduced to 46.45 m L/g MLSS, 25.32 m L/g MLSS, 31.12 m L/g MLSS respectively in R1, R2 and R3.There are more formation of large particles of sludge under the conditions of small C/N ratio(5), while more formation of small particles under the conditions of large C/N ratio(30), which are not conducive to the settlement of sludge. Under the same conditions, the formation of granular sludge is optimal at C/N ratio of 10.
