摘  要:为阐明生物干化对城市污泥有机质组分构成与颗粒结构的改变,了解生物干化成品土地利用的可行性,采用生物干化技术处理上海松江污水厂的污泥,通过扫描电子显微镜分析了在生物干化各阶段干化物料颗粒结构的演变,并测定了生物干化过程中有机质组分的转化。结果表明:随着生物干化的进行,干化物料表面出现了大量空洞和不规则裂纹;在20 d的生物干化周期中,单位污泥生物干化物料(SSBM)的有机质总量由842.88 g/kg降低至732.50 g/kg,与城市污泥、动物粪便堆肥相比,经生物干化处理后样品的有机质降解速率与腐殖酸生成速率均较高。从高温无害化、有机质组分及重金属含量等角度综合分析,该生物干化产品进行土地利用是可行的。In order to investigate the variations of organic composition and granular structure of sewage sludge after being bio-dried as well as evaluate the feasibility of land use of bio-drying product, the bio-drying technique was adopted to treat the sewage sludge from Songjiang WWTP in Shanghai. Sam- pies collected from different bio-drying phases were analyzed by using scanning electron microscope, of which the contents of organic composition were also determined. The results showed that the bio-drying material became cracked and porous as the bin-drying proceeded. During the 20-d bio-drying period, the total content of organic matter was reduced from 842.88 g/kgSSBM to 732.50 g/kgSSBM. The degrada- tion rate of organic matter and the generation rate of humic acid in the bio-drying product were higher than those in the composting products of sewage sludge and animal manure. Based on the comprehensive analysis of sanitation, organic composition and heavy metal content, the bio-drying product is feasible fbr land use.
