摘  要:污泥烧结制砖是实现污泥建材资源化的主要途径之一。以城市净水厂和污水厂污泥为研究对象,以工业废料粉煤灰、矿渣、玻璃粉为辅料,研究污泥性质、成分、辅料、烧结温度等对无粘土添加、高含量干污泥烧结制砖效果的影响,探索无粘土、高含量污泥制砖的可行性。研究结果表明,污泥性质和化学成分对烧结效果有显著影响,针对试验污泥,化学成分中Al含量是影响烧结效果的重要因素;烧结温度同样对烧结效果影响显著;辅料添加对烧结效果有一定影响,高含量污泥(>50%)与适当辅料混合烧结建材在一定条件下可行;从成品抗压强度方面看,高含量污泥在不添加粘土等不可再生资源的条件下有制备建材、实现污泥建材资源化的可行性。Preparation of bricks with municipal sludge is one of the main ways to realize the resource utilization of sludge as building materials, Study was made by using municipal sludge from urban waterworks and sewage treatment plant as the research object and industrial wastes such as fly ash, slag and glass powder as the auxiliary materials. The impact of properties and chemical composition of sludge, auxiliary materials and sintering temperature on the sintering effect of bricks using high content of dried sludge without clay was investigated. The feasibility of making bricks with high content of sludge without clay was explored. The results showed that the properties and chemical composition of sludge had a significant effect on sintering, and for the tested sludge, the content of Al was an important factor that influenced the sintering effect. The sintering temperature was also one of the main factors that influenced the sintering effect. Besides, the addition of auxiliary materials had certain influence on the sintering effect, and it was feasible to prepare building material using high content of sludge ( 〉 50% ) mixed with auxiliary materials under certain conditions. From the compressive strength of products, it was feasible to prepare building material using high content of sludge without clay and realize sludge resource utilization.
