滇中某半风化钛矿预处理工艺研究

摘　　要：对滇中某半风化钛矿进行了详细的预处理工艺研究,针对矿石中有用矿物与脉石矿物嵌布粒度较粗的特点,在粗磨条件下先进行预处理抛尾。采用弱磁-强磁的预处理工艺可抛除的尾矿产率可达73.10%,尾矿中钛损失率仅为10.64%,为选厂的资源开发提供了更经济合理的技术支持。The detailed pretreatment process study is carried out for one semi - weathered titanium ore in the central region of Yunnan province, according to the crude dissemination size of valuable mineral and gangue mineral, the preetreatment discarding tailings shall be done first under the coarse grinding conditions. Trough low magnetic-strong magnetic pretreatment, the yield of droppable tailings can reach to 73.10%, the titanium loss ratio in tailings is only 10. 64%, which provide more economic and reasonable technical support of resource development.
