摘　　要：目的：对厦门市妇幼保健院儿童药品不良反应（ADRs）进行分析及评价,提取风险信号,促进临床合理用药。方法：根据新的ADRs严重程度分级评分标准,对本院上报的儿童ADRs数据进行分析与严重度评分。结果：本院儿童ADRs严重度指数排名前3位的药物类别分别为生物制品、抗肿瘤药、抗感染药。ADRs严重度指数排名前3位的给药途径分别为静脉注射、静脉滴注及肌内注射。ADRs年龄分布新生儿占0.93%,1个月~1岁最多,占近50%。严重度指数年龄分布由高到低依次为新生儿、3~12岁、1个月~1岁、1~3岁。结论：应重点关注通过静脉途径使用生物制品、抗肿瘤药、抗感染药病人的ADRs,促进临床合理用药。Objective：To analyze and evaluate adverse drug reactions（ADRs）of neonates treated in Xiamen Maternity and Child Care Hospital,and screen out risk signals,so as to promote rational use of drugs clinically.Methods：Pediatric ADRs data of the hospital were analyzed and evaluated by the new ADRs grading and scoring system.Results：The top 3categories of drugs for the severity of ADRs were：biological products,anti-tumor agents and anti-infection agents,while the top 3medication routes for the severity of ADRs were：intravenous injection,intravenous drip and intramuscular injection.For the age distribution of ADRs,neonates accounted for 0.93%,and neonates with an age range of 1month to 1year had the highest percentage,accounting for almost 50%.Age distributions for the severity of ADRs from high to low distributions were in the successive order of neonates,children from 3to 12 years old,infants from 1month to 1year old and children from 1to 3years old.Conclusion：Chief attention should be paid to ADRs of those patients treated intravenously with biological products,antitumor agents and anti-infection agents,so that rational use of drugs could be promoted clinically.
