摘　　要：目的:了解2型糖尿病住院病人慢性并发症的发生情况及治疗并发症的用药状况,为促进临床安全、合理用药提供参考依据。方法:随机抽查中南大学湘雅医院2013年10月-2014年9月确诊为2型糖尿病慢性并发症的住院病历537份,对其并发症的发生情况和用药状况,如用药种类、用药剂量、联合用药等进行归纳分析。结果:糖尿病慢性并发症患病率高,种类多,常常同时合并多种,最主要是周围神经病变。前列地尔、甲钴胺是治疗糖尿病慢性并发症的常用药物,两者均存在超剂量用药情况。慢性并发症的治疗多采用联合用药的方式。结论:糖尿病慢性并发症治疗应根据病人的年龄、病程、病情等慎重选择药物品种、用药剂量和联合用药,实行个体化给药方案。Objective：To investigate the incidence and medication in the treatment of type 2diabetic inpatients with chronic complications,so as to provide evidence for safe and rational use of drugs clinically.Methods：The medical history data of 537 inpatients with confirmed type 2diabetes mellitus coupled with chronic complications recruited from Xiangya Hospital of Central South University from October 2013 to September 2014 were collected for the study.The incidence of complications as well as medication（such as categories of drugs,dosages and combined medication）were summarized and analyzed.Results：The incidence of type 2diabetes mellitus coupled with chronic complications was rather high,displaying various types,and at the same time with many complications,with peripheral neuropathy being the chief type.Alprostadil and mecobalamin were routine drugs for the treatment of diabetes mellitus coupled with chronic complications.Survey results indicated that there was overdosage in the use of these drugs,and combined medication was often used for chronic complications.Conclusion：The drugs,dosages and combined medication in the treatment of diabetes mellitus coupled with chronic complications should be implemented cautiously in accordance with patients＇ age,course of disease and state of illness.If possible,individualized medication regimen should be considered for the best advantage of patients.
