摘　　要：冠心病是心血管系统的常见病、多发病,马连珍主任医师,经过40余载研究,认为阳虚寒凝,脉络瘀阻是冠心病心绞痛常见证型,并研制出定痛救心胶囊,研究显示具有抗动脉粥样硬化、抗血小板聚集、降血脂、改善血液流变性、抑制自由基的产生,抑制炎症细胞因子的释放等作用,符合现代医学冠心病的发病机制,为该方用于冠心病治疗提供了科学依据,值得临床推广。Coronary heart disease is a common disease of cardiovascular system. MA Lian-zhen director, after more than 40 years of research, believed that Yang deficiency cold coagulation, blood stasis resistance was a common syndrome type, and developed the Dingtong Jiuxin capsules which had the effect of anti atherosclerosis, anti-platelet aggregation, lowering blood lipids, improving blood rheology, inhibiting the release of inflammatory cytokines, to provide the scientific basis for the treatment of coronary heart disease, and it was worthy of clinical promotion.
