复方蜥蜴散治疗胃食管反流病临床经验

摘　　要：胃食管反流病为消化系统常见疾病。朱西杰教授从中西医结合角度通过深入研究胃食管反流病的发病原因及机制,提出胃食管反流病主要由诸多因素导致胃失和降、胃气上逆,从而引起恶心、呕吐、反酸、嗳气、胸骨后痛伴灼热感等症状。在临证中,朱西杰教授运用自创专利复方蜥蜴散,从疏肝健脾、和胃降逆和保护修复胃黏膜等方面治疗胃食管反流病,取得显著的临床效果。Gastroesophageal reflux disease is a common digestive system disease. Professor Zhu Xijie from the Angle of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine on etiology and mechanism of gastroesophageal reflux disease research, proposed gastroesophageal reflux disease is mainly due to many factors lead to stomach and drop and inverse gas, thus cause nausea, vomiting and acid regurgitation, belching, retrosternal pain associated with burning and other clinical symptoms. In the clinical use of own patent compound lizards scattered through the liver spleen and stomach drop protection and restoration of inverse and gastric mlucosa of treating gastroesophageal reflux disease, made significant clinical effect.
