摘 要:在实测及调查资料的基础上,对干旱荒漠草原新能源与内燃机提水机具的效益进行分析,比较提水机具应用方便程度,估算投资与费用。结果表明,新能源提水设备经济和环境效益显著,在使用期中太阳能、风能、风光互补提水年均节约5.73、7.23、8.03万元,是内燃机组年度使用费的86.14%、84.45%、80.54%,且年减少"二氧化碳"排放量39.32t。经济和环境效益的分析比较为新能源提水在牧区的推广提供依据,对改善牧区供水机具和"节能减排"具有重要意义。On the basis of the measured and investigated data,this research analyzed the new energy of arid desert steppe and the water lift machine benefits of internal combustion engine.Compare the application convenience of water lift machine.Estimate the investment and cost.The results showed that the water lift machine economic and environmental benefits of new energy were significant.In the usage period,water lifted by solar energy,wind energy,wind and solar energy saved 57 300 yuan,72 300 yuan and 80300 yuan annually on average.That is 86.14%,84.45%,and 80.54% of the annual using fee of internal combustion engines.And they decreased 39.32 tcarbon dioxide emissions annually.The analysis and comparison of economic and environmental benefits provided the basis for the extension of new energy water lifting in pastoral areas.It has great significant for the improvement of supplying water machine in pastoral areas and the energy conservation and emission reduction.
