摘  要:鉴于级间间隙泄漏量试验难于测量的局限性,为了研究井用潜水泵泄漏量的变化对性能的影响,以200QJ80-22井用潜水泵为研究对象,首次应用CFD软件对不同的前口环间隙、后口环间隙以及级间间隙进行全流场数值计算,得到的结果与试验结果对比分析,并对级间间隙泄漏量经验公式估算值与数值计算值进行比较,分析泵在不同的间隙泄漏下对内部流场和外特性的影响,在级间间隙内和进出口区域布点监测其压力值,并进一步分析级间间隙压力变化对整泵性能的影响。结果表明:对不考虑所有密封环、只考虑前密封环泄漏和考虑前后密封环泄漏以及间隙泄漏在内的三种模型数值计算结果与试验结果对比分析,发现三种模型数值计算效率值与试验值误差分别为24.5%、12.9%和6.7%;而三种模型数值计算扬程值与试验扬程误差分别为25.9%、15.9%和9.3%。额定工况下经验公式估算的泄漏量与数值计算得到的间隙两端压差代入公式估算泄漏量,小间隙时较为接近,大间隙时相差较大,研究结果对级间间隙泄漏量的计算有一定的参考价值。Given the limitations of difficulty measurement of the inter-stage clearance seal leakage,the 200QJ80-22 submersible well pump is investigated to predict the effects of leakage change of the submersible well pumps on performance.The whole flow field in the pump with difference seal clearance is simulated by CFD software,which obtains the results comparable with test results.The inter-stage clearance leakage calculated through numerical simulation is compared with the obtained values according to empirical formula.The effects of inter-stage clearance change of the pump on the external characteristics and internal flow field in the pump are analyzed.And the pressure value is further monitored through the arrangement of monitoring points in the inter-stage clearance,inlet region and outlet region,and the effects of inter-stage clearance pressure change on the performance of the pump are studied.The numerical results of three kinds of model which don't consider all the clearance leakage are compared.The front seal clearance leakage and all the clearance leakage with experimental results are considered,and it shows that the efficiency value of numerical calculation which doesn't take into account the clearance leakage.The front seal clearance leakage is considered.All the clearance leakage errors are 24.5%,12.9% and 6.7% respectively while the head value errors are 25.9%,15.9% and 9.3% respectively.In the design point,the inter-stage clearance leakage calculated through numerical simulation are compared with the values obtained according to empirical formula and the results indicate the leakage at small clearance is close to the value calculated through empirical formula,but at the larger clearance have a small gap with calculated value obtained from empirical formula which provide some references for the inter-stage clearance leakage calculated through numerical simulation and empirical formula.
