摘  要:目的考察芥子碱氯化盐对肾素-血管紧张素系统的影响。方法 SD大鼠40只随机分为4组,每组10只。一组为空白对照组,其余三组为芥子碱氯化盐低、中、高剂量组。各组采取股静脉给药方式给予相应药物:空白对照组静脉给予0.9%生理盐水0.2ml;芥子碱氯化盐低、中、高剂量组(分别静脉给予芥子碱氯化盐20,40,80mg/kg)0.2ml。实验动物给药1 min后,采集血清样品。ELISA法检测血清中肾素、血管紧张素Ⅰ、血管紧张素转换酶、血管紧张素Ⅱ的水平。结果ELISA实验结果提示芥子碱氯化盐能够显著抑制血清中ACE、AngⅡ的水平。结论芥子碱氯化盐可通过抑制血清中ACE、AngⅡ的水平发挥降压作用。Objective To investigate the infect of the sinapine chloride on the renin- angiotensin system. Methods Forty SD rats were randomly divided into four groups,with 10 rats in each group. One group was the control group,and the three groups were respectively low,medium and high dosage group of sinapine chloride. Each group was given corresponding medicine by iv. the control group was given 0. 9% saline with 0. 2 ml by iv.; low,medium and high dosage groups were respectively given sinapine chloride20 mg / kg,40 mg / kg and 80 mg / kg with 0. 2m L by iv. After iv. 1minute serum samples were separately collected. Levels of renin,angiotensin Ⅰ,angiotensin- converting enzyme and angiotensin Ⅱ in serum were detected with ELISA assay. Results ELISA results showed that sinapine chloride significantly inhibited ACE and AngⅡ in serum. Conclusion Sinapine chloride plays a role in the antihypertensive effect by inhibiting levels of ACE and Ang Ⅱ in serum.
