摘 要:目的对采集到的全国厚朴主产区6省17个市县23个厚朴与凹叶厚朴的药材进行质量评价。方法采用HPLC法对厚朴酚、和厚朴酚进行含量测定。结果 23批药材的厚朴酚与和厚朴酚的总量在1.32%~11.78%,有较大差异。4批药材含量不能达到《中国药典》"总量不得少于2.0%"的求,均为凹叶厚朴。结论厚朴药材的整体质量优于凹叶厚朴,四川、湖北、安徽为较优质的产区。Objective To study on the quality of the Magnolia officinalis cortex which is collected from 23 place of origin in 6provinces. Methods Content of magnolol and honokiol was determined by HPLC. Results We found that the content in total of magnolol and honokiol of the 23 batches of medicinal materials were has great difference from 1. 32 to 11. 78%. 4 batches which can not meet the requirements of Pharmacopoeia were Magnolia officinalis var. biloba. Conclusion To evaluate the overall quality,the medicinal materials from Magnolia officinalis was better than from Magnolia officinalis var. biloba,Sichuan,Hubei,Anhui were the better place of origin.
