摘　　要：信贷征信部门建立的动产融资统一登记平台,极大促进了动产金融业务,丰富了中小企业的融资手段。然而,由于缺乏相关法律支持,该平台的登记制度尚不健全,特别是其登记效力一直备受争议。在现行法律规范和司法判决的基础上,认真分析了信贷征信部门所属登记平台的发展现状以及法律效力等问题,并提出了相关完善措施和建议。The uniform registration platform for chattel financing established by the departments of credit reference for credit loan has greatly promoted the chattel financial business and enriched the financing means for small and medium-sized enterprises. However,owing to lack of relevant legal support,the registration system on the platform is not perfect; especially the registration effectiveness has been controversial. On the basis of the current laws and judicial decisions,the paper makes a careful analysis on the development situation of the registration platform managed by the departments of credit reference for credit loan and the legal effect,and puts forward some measures and suggestions for the perfection of the platform.
