高校校务管理数据共享服务平台建设路径研究

摘　　要：近年来,随着教育信息化进程不断推进,高校的信息化建设工作逐渐深入,但数据分布离散、难以统筹使用等问题是高校信息化建设过程中所面临的严峻问题,建设完整统一、高效稳定、易应用、易管理的数据共享服务平台为高校突破校务数据应用瓶颈提供了解决思路。该文分析了目前高校管理信息系统普遍存在着信息分散、应用孤岛等弊端,提出了建设综合性的一体化校务管理数据共享服务平台的解决思路,结合高校数据整合和应用需求论述了高校校务管理数据共享服务平台的建设目标,并对平台的建设途径和建设内容进行了深入研究和探讨。通过应用该平台,建立起一系列跨部门、立体式的人事、教学、学工、科研等综合服务,为学校各类用户的工作、学习和生活提供一体化、全方位的信息化支撑,从而全面提升高校的信息化综合能力。With the continuously push forward education information process, universities＇ information construction gradually deepen. But discrete data and difficulties in co-ordinate use are serious problems during the construction. Building a complete and unified, highly efficient and stable administrative affairs data sharing service platform for universities is essential to break the bottleneck of data applications. This paper analyzes prevalent defects of current universities＇ management information system, such as scattered information and application isolation and proposes a solution idea about construction of a comprehensive and integrated management data sharing service platform. Combining with universities＇ needs in data integration and application, this paper reports the goal of management service platform data sharing building, and probes into content building and construction. By using this platform, universities can establish a series of integrated services including teaching, research and other types of work. Through comprehensive range of information technology support, universities intbrmation ability will be enhanced.
