摘　　要：为了比较不同生殖激素组合对小尾寒羊同期发情效果的影响,采用国产孕酮阴道海绵栓+PMSG+PG(Ⅰ组)、CIDR+PMSG+PG(Ⅱ组)和2次氯前列醇法(Ⅲ组)对478只小尾寒羊进行同期发情研究。结果表明,Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组母羊同期发情率分别为81.1%和83.5%,人工授精后受胎率分别为75.3%和83.2%,差异不显著(P>0.05)。Ⅲ组同期发情率94.9%,与Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组比较,差异显著(P<0.05);人工授精后受胎率80.6%,与其他两组无显著差异(P>0.05)。3种处理方法导致母羊阴道炎发病率分别为8.2%、3.0%和0。综合考虑3种处理方法的同期发情效果、受胎率和药品成本,国产孕酮阴道海绵栓可替代CIDR在生产中大范围使用。In order to study the effects of different reproductive hormone combinations on estrus synchronization in small-tail Han ewes,three combinations of reproductive hormones were used to induce estrus synchronization in 478small-tail Han ewes.The ewes were divided into three groups.The ewes in group 1were treated with domestic progeterone-impregnated intravaginal sponge,the pregnant mare serum gonadotrophin（PMSG）and prostaglandins;The ewes in group 2were treated with CIDR,PMSG and prostaglandins;The ewes in group 3were treated two times with prostaglandins.The result showed that the estrus rates of ewes in group 1and group 2were 81.1%and 83.5%;The pregnancy rates after artificial insemination were 75.3%and 83.2%,respectively.There were no significant differences between group 1and group2（P0.05）.The estrus rate of ewes in group 3was 94.9%,and had significant differences with group 1or group 2（P0.05）.Meanwhile,the pregnancy rate of ewes in group 3was 80.6%,and there were no significant differences with other two groups（P0.05）.The vaginitis incidence of the three group ewes were8.2%,3.0% and 0,respectively.Considering the estrus rate,the pregnancy rate and medicine costs of the three treatments,domestic progeterone-impregnated intravaginal sponge can be applied in a larger scale to substitute for CIDR.
