慢性湿疹患者心理状况调查及护理干预效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨慢性湿疹患者的心理状况及护理干预措施。方法通过分层抽样选取60例慢性湿疹患者,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行心理状况调查,并实施针对性护理干预。观察比较入组时所有患者和全国常模,干预后与入组时患者SCL-90的评分状况。结果除强迫症状、人际关系敏感、敌对、偏执外,慢性湿疹患者SCL-90量表各因子分和总分均高于全国常模,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。经实施1个月的护理干预后,患者躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、精神病性等因子分和总分均较入组时显著降低,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或0.01)。结论慢性湿疹患者心理健康状况较正常人差,积极有效的护理干预能提高患者对疾病知识的认知,缓解和消除负性心理情绪,促进患者心理健康,提高治疗效果。Objective To investigate psychological status of patients with chronic eczema and nursing intervention.Methods 60 patients with chronic eczema were selected by stratified sampling method,and their psychological status were investigated by Symptom Checklist 90（ SCL-90）. All of the patients before intervention and national norm were observed,and SCL-90 scores before and after treatment were compared. Results Total scores and each factor score except obsession interpersonal sensitivity,hostility,paranoia in SCL-90 scale of chronic eczema patients were higher than those of the national norm,so difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 01）. After 1 month of nursing intervention,Total scores and each factor score like somatization,depression,anxiety,terror and psychosis significantly reduced while comparing with those before intervention,so difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05 or 0. 01）. Conclusion Patients with chronic eczema have poorer mental health status than normal people,positive and effective intervention nursing measures can enhance patients＇ cognition to knowledge of the disease,alleviate and eliminate the negative psychological mood,so as to promote patients＇ psychological health levels and improve the effect of treatment.
