摘  要:通过对安徽省村镇规划员进行问卷调查,运用Spss对村镇规划员工作培训需求情况进行相关分析和回归分析,对影响村镇规划员工作培训需求的因素进行实证研究。研究表明:村镇规划员在主观上有较为强烈的培训需求,但目前的培训供给与培训需求不够协调;村镇规划员的个性特征不同,导致对培训的需求和培训评价不同;在影响培训评价的众多因素中,规划员的年龄影响最大。因此,要提高村镇规划员的工作效果,必须进一步完善规划理论提高规划员的规划水平,健全规划标准增强实践工作的可操作性,加大资金投入力度稳定规划员队伍。Based on a questionnaire survey made in Anhui Province, this paper studies the training needs of village & town planners through correlation analysis and regression analysis, and analyzes the factors influencing the training needs of the planners through an empirical approach. The results reveal that although the planners have a strong wish to have training, training demand and training supply are not in coordination at present, and differences in planners' characteristics result in their different needs and evaluations of the training, with planners' age being the most significant factor influencing planners' evaluation. Therefore, to improve planners' working efficiency, it is necessary to perfect planning theories, improve planners' planning ability, complete planning standards, enhance the operability of practical work, expand money input, and stabilize planner team.
