摘　　要：标准化对于加速安徽省茶产业的发展升级、带动农民增收、促进经济发展意义斐然。近年来,在安徽省政府的高度重视下,茶叶标准化建设取得了显著成效,但仍存不足:作为建设依据的地方性法规文件之间存在冲突,标准体系结构不甚均衡,标准制定中的合法性审查不够,茶叶标准的实施及监督不到位。应尽快解决规范性文件之间的冲突,进一步健全标准体系,严格对标准合法合规性的审查,进一步加强对茶叶标准的实施和监督。Standardization is of great significance to accelerate the development and upgrading oF tea industry in Anhui Province, and to increase peasants＇ income and promote the development of economy. Under the high attention paid by Anhui Provincial Government, the standardization of tea industry in Anhui has gained remarkable achievements in recent years. However, there still exist some defects, for instance, local regulations which serve as the base for standardization construction being conflicting, imbalance in the system and structure of the standards, lack of legal investigation of the process of making standards, and inadequate implementation of the standards and supervision of the implementation. Therefore, it is necessary to solve the conflicts between normative regulations as soon as possible, further improve standards system, investigate the legality of standards rigorously, and strengthen efforts to implement the standards and supervise the implementation.
