企业参与我国体育公共服务建设的可行性与地位分析

摘　　要：体育公共服务指的是国家向社会公众提供的体育公共产品和服务,但是目前我国体育公共服务资源匮乏,供应主体单一,已经不能满足人们群众日益增长的体育需求,单一由政府提供的的公共服务供给模式存在诸多弊端。本文分析了当前我国体育公共服务的基本情况,对企业参与体育公共服务的政策导向进行了分析,认为企业可以在体育公共服务中发挥作用,并对其在体育公共服务中的地位进行了分析;认为企业应结合实际情况,合理利用企业的优势,为体育公共服务均等化进程服务;同时政府应发挥服务和支持作用,为形成多元化的体育公共服务体系主动提供政策和放宽条件,使企业能安心为我国体育公共服务做出贡献。Sports public service refers to the providing of sports public products and service to the public by the state. But currently,the insufficient public sports service resource and single body of providing have failed to meet people＇s increasing sports demand. Many disadvantages exists in the single mode of public sports service provided by government. This paper analyzes the basic situation of current sports public service in China,policy guidance for enterprises to participate in sports public service and thinks that enterprises can play a role in sports public service. The paper then analyzes their status in sports public service and suggests that enterprises should combine the actual situation,rationally utilize the advantage of enterprise to serve for the equalization of sports public service. At the same time,government should play the role of service and support,take the initiative to provide policy and loosen requirements to form a diversified sports public service system. All this can make enterprises contribute to sports public service in China without any misgivings.
