摘  要:目的:探讨平肝活血利水法干预肝阳上亢型高血压大鼠的疗效与可能机制。方法:采用左肾动脉狭窄手术结合附子汤灌胃制作肝阳上亢型高血压大鼠模型,造模成功后将60只大鼠随机分成6组,每组10只,假手术组12只,各组分别给予相应药物进行干预,假手术组及模型组均给予同容积蒸馏水灌胃。观测大鼠的易激惹程度,测定血压、尿量,检测血脂,取出大鼠双侧脑组织,进行显微形态学观察。结果:第10周,超微高、低剂量组及传统组大鼠易激惹程度均低于模型组(P<0.01)。第10周,氯沙坦钾组、天麻钩藤颗粒组、超微高剂量组、超微低剂量组及传统组大鼠血压均低于模型组(P<0.01);超微高、低剂量组大鼠血压均低于传统组(P<0.01或P<0.05);超微高、低剂量组及传统组大鼠尿量均高于假手术组及模型组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。超微高剂量组大鼠尿量高于传统组(P<0.01)。假手术组、超微高剂量组、传统组大鼠TC均低于模型组(P<0.01或P<0.05);假手术组、超微高、低剂量组TG均低于模型组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。假手术组、超微高、低剂量组、传统组LDL-C均低于模型组(P<0.01)。大鼠脑组织病理学观察表明,超微高、低剂量组对脑部的保护作用优于传统组。结论:平肝活血利水法能有效改善肝阳上亢型高血压大鼠的症状,可以降压、利尿、抑制TC、TG、LDL-C的上升、保护脑组织。超微制剂作用优于传统制剂。风眩宁方超微制剂的作用在一定剂量内呈量效关系。Objective: To explore the effect of pingganhuoxuelishui method on Liver Yang Hypertension rats and the possible mechanism. Methods: After building up the model, we randomly divided 60 rats into 6 groups, 10 in each, and other 12 rats for sham operation group. Rats were given the appropriate drug intervention in each group, and the same volume of distilled water in sham operation group and model groupn. The degree of irritability blood pressure, urine volume, blood lipid, and brain tissue under the microscope were bserved in rats. Results: In the 10th week, the degree of irritability of the rats in Supermicro high, low dose group was lower than those in model group. In the 10th week, the blood pressure of the rats in losartan potassium group, Tianmagouteng group of particles, Supermicro high-dose group, low dose group and the traditional group was lower than model group (P〈0.01), at the same time, blood pressure of rats in Supermicro high-dose group, low dose group was lower than those in traditional group (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). Urine volume of the rats in Supermicro high-dose group, low dose group and the traditional group was morer than sham operation group(P〈 0.05 or P〈0.01) while urine volume of Supermicro high-dose group rats is higher than traditional group (P〈0.01). TC degree in sham operation group rats, Supermicro high-dose group rats, traditional group rats was lower than model group (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01); TG of the rats in sham operation group, Supermicro high-dose group, low dose group was lower than model group (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). LDL-C in sham operation group,Supermicro high- dose group, low dose group,traditional group was lower than model group (P〈0.01). The observation to the cerbral tissue pathology of rats shows, the protection effects to brain in Supermicro high-dose group, low dose group was better than the traditional model.
