基于中医传承辅助系统分析郭艳锦治疗寒痹的用药规律

摘　　要：目的:基于中医传承辅助系统软件,分析洛阳平乐郭氏正骨第七代传人郭艳锦医师治疗寒痹的用药规律。方法:由研究人员对郭艳锦医师治疗寒痹的中药处方进行筛选,运用关联规则算法、复杂熵聚类法分析处方中中药的使用频次、中药之间的关联规则,研究郭艳锦医师治疗寒痹的主要药物与药对规律。结果:筛选治疗寒痹的处方165张,分析得到治疗寒痹的常用药物、用药模式、用药规则、药物关联的网络化展示等。结论:通过中医传承辅助系统分析,郭艳锦医师治疗寒痹临床经验丰富,多用补气活血、祛瘀通络的中药。中医传承辅助系统对名老中医临床用药经验的挖掘具有重要的意义。Objective： To analyze the medication rule of GUO Yan-jin for treating Arthralgia syndrome by using traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） inheritance support system. Methods： We cellected the prescriptions for Arthralgia syndrome, then entered the data into TCM inheritance support system and analyze composing principles by using datamining methods such as revised mutual information,complex system entropy cluster and unsupervised hierarchical cluster. Results： Based on the analysis of 165 cases of prescriptions in the database, the frequency of each herb appeared in the database was computed, combination mode of herbs, association principles and relationship framework between herbs were mined from the database. Conclusion： Guo Yan-jin is good at treating Arthralgia syndrome accordingto tonifying Qi and activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis and freeing; TCM inheritance system software has important practical value for mining old doctor of traditional Chinese medicine clinical experience.
