关幼波治疗肝病用药及药物性味归经初步分析

摘　　要：目的:探究关幼波治疗肝病的用药经验和药物性味归经的规律。方法:收集整理《关幼波临床经验选》中医案58则,将所有药物及其性味归经录入数据库,使用SPSS19.0软件,对药物进行频数分析和交叉、对应分析。结果:频数分析结果表明,用药以当归为首位,其次是白芍、茵陈、赤芍、甘草、藿香等;药性方面主要集中于寒、平、温性;药味方面以甘、苦、辛为主;归经方面主要归肝、脾、胃、肺经。对应分析结果显示,关幼波治疗肝病擅用甘平、苦寒、辛温中药,主入肝、脾经,酸肝、辛脾、甘心药味归经联系尤为密切。结论:关幼波先生治疗肝病主要以苦寒药物清利肝胆湿热,以甘平、辛温药物固护脾胃,养血柔肝,同时发现与酸肝关系密切,体现了酸味中药补肝体而制肝用的作用。Objective： To explore the medication rule of GUAN You-bo treatment of liver diseases. Meth- ods： We collectd the data of Chinese herb about GUAN You-bo treating liver diseases from 58 cases in Clinical Experience of GUAN You-bo, to do the data processing by SPSS19.0 software. Results： The results from frequency analysis showed that, ＂Dangui （Radix Angelicae Sinensis）＂ ranks first, followed by ＂Baishao （Radix Paeoniae Alba）＂, ＂Yinchen （Herba Artemisiae Scopariae）＂, ＂Chishao （Radix Paeoniae Rubra）＂, ＂Gancao （Radix Liquiritiae）＂, ＂Huoxiang （Herba Pogostemonis）＂, etc. The nature of Chinese materia medica focus on cold, calm and warm; the flavors focus on sweet, bitter and pungent; the channel tropism focus on liver, spleen, stomach and lung. The correspondence analysis shows that, GUAN You-bo mainly uses the Chinese herb whose nature and flavor is sweet-calm, bitter-cold, and pungent-warm, and the channel tropism is mainly in liver and spleen. The sour-liver, pungent-spleen and sweet-heart are closely linked to. Conclusion： GUAN You-bo mainly use bitter-cold herb to clear dampness-heat in liver and sweet-calm and pungent-warm herb to protect the spleen and stomach nourish blood and liver, to treat liver diseases; and this is related to sour-liver, which indicates sour herb （：an nourish and restrain the liver.
