温针灸阳陵泉穴结合等速肌力训练治疗膝关节僵直的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:评估温针灸阳陵泉穴结合等速肌力训练治疗膝关节僵直的临床疗效。方法:将60例外伤导致的膝关节僵直患者随机分为3组,治疗组20例采用温针灸阳陵泉穴结合等速肌力训练治疗,对照A组20例采用等速肌力训练治疗,对照B组20例采用常规运动疗法治疗。分别记录3组患者治疗前后的膝关节活动度、VAS评分、HSS功能评分,并进行统计学分析。结果:3组患者治疗后的膝关节活动度、VAS评分、HSS功能评分均较治疗前有所改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组HSS功能评分的优良率明显高于对照A、B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用温针灸阳陵泉穴结合等速肌力训练治疗膝关节僵直,临床疗效良好。Objective： To analyze clinical effects of warming needle moxibustion on ＂Yanglingquan （GB34）＂ and isokinetic training on stiff knee. Methods： We derided 60 cases of patients with stiff knee into 3 groups. The 20 cases were treated with warming needle moxibustion on ＂Yanglingquan （GB34）＂ and isokinetic training in treatment group, 20 cases only with isokinetic training in control group A, and 20 cases with regular exercise training in control group B. Range of motion, the visual analog pain score and knee HSS index were observed and analyzed statistically in the patients of 3 groups before and after the treatments. Result： The Range of motion, the visual analog pain score and knee HSS index were improved significantly after treatments in all 3 groups, with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. The treatment group showed better HSS efficiency rates than the control group A and B （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Warming needle moxibustion on ＂Yanglingquan （GB34）＂ and isokinetic training can provide good clinical curative effect on stiff knee.
