生酸枣仁、炒酸枣仁、酸枣果肉对PCPA失眠模型大鼠学习记忆能力影响的对比研究

摘　　要：目的:观察酸枣果肉、生酸枣仁、炒酸枣仁氯苯丙氨酸(PCPA)失眠模型大鼠学习与记忆能力的影响,对比3种药物的药用功能。方法:采用腹腔注射PCPA建立失眠大鼠模型。实验大鼠分为正常组、模型组、生酸枣仁组、炒酸枣仁组、酸枣果肉组,通过Morris水迷宫实验,观察各组大鼠逃避潜伏期、游泳速度、目标象限停留时间的变化情况。结果:与模型组比较,3个给药组大鼠逃避潜伏期时间均明显减少(P<0.001),游泳速度和目标象限停留时间也有增加趋势,其中酸枣果肉组大鼠变化尤为明显,其游泳速度和目标象限停留时间与模型组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:生酸枣、炒酸枣仁、酸枣果肉对PCPA失眠大鼠的学习和记忆能力均有改善作用,酸枣果肉优于生酸枣仁和炒酸枣仁,提示酸枣果肉具有良好的镇静安眠作用。Objective： To compare pharmacological effects of Raw Suanzaoren （Semen Ziziphi Spinosae）, stir- baked Suanzaore （Parched Semen Ziziphi Spinosae） and sarcoearp of Suanzaoren （Ziziphus Jujube） on the learning and memory ability in PCPA-induced insmnnia model rats. Methods： Insomnia model was made by PCPA injected intraperitoneally. Rats were randomLy classified into normal group, model group, Raw Semen Ziziphi Spinosae （SZS） group, stir-baked Semen Ziziphi Spinosae （pSZS） group and sarcocarp of Ziziphus jujube （SZJ） group. The escape latency, swimming speed and target quadrant standing time were observed in the Morris water maze test. Results： Comparing with the model group, the escape latency of three administrated groups were obviously shorter （P〈0.001）, and swimming speed and target quadrant standing time presented the increasing tendency. The swimming speed and target quadrant standing time in SZJ group were significantly increased comparing with model group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Raw Suanzaoren （Semen Ziziphi Spinosae）, stir-baked Suanzaore （Parched Semen Ziziphi Spinosae） and sarcocarp of Suanzaoren （Ziziphus Jujube） could improve the learning and memory ability in PCPA insomnia rats. And the sarcocarp of Suanzaoren （Ziziphus Jujube） showed better effect than Suanzaoren （Semen Ziziphi Spinosae） and stir-baked Suanzaore （Parehed Semen Ziziphi Spinosae） a, which indicated that sarcocarp of Suanzaoren （Ziziphus Jujube） had favourable somnific effect.
