“护肾Ⅱ号”对慢性肾脏病1～4期患者头发微观结构的影响

摘　　要：目的：观察“护肾Ⅱ号”对慢性肾脏病（CKD）1-4期患者头发微观结构的影响,探讨肾“其华在发”的物质基础。方法：招募武汉市汉族健康志愿者20例;将100例慢性肾脏病1-4期患者,按数字表法随机分为对照组和治疗组各50例。健康组正常饮食。对照组给予常规对症处理,疗程为12个月。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上予“护肾Ⅱ号”治疗,疗程为12个月。扫描电镜检测3组治疗前后头发微观结构的变化。结果：CKD1-4期患者头发微观结构发生明显变化,“护肾Ⅱ号”可以改善CKD1-4期患者头发微观结构。结论：“护肾Ⅱ号”可以改善CKD1-4期患者头发微观结构,在一定程度上为肾“其华在发”提供了物质基础,扩大了肾本质的研究范围。Objective： To observe the effect of the Prescription Hushen NO.Ⅱ. on the hair microstructure indexes in patients with 1-4 stage of Chronic Kidney Disease （CKDI-d）, in order to explore the material basis of the theory of ＂the Kidney Manifests Itself on the Hair＂. Methods： The 20 healthy volunteers living/residing in Wuhan city were included in healthy group; And 100 cases of patients suffering from CKD1-4 were recruited and randomly divided into control and treatment groups, 50 in each. The healthy group got normal diet; the control group received conventional treatment, and the patients in treatment group were orally treated with Prescription Hushen NO.Ⅱ., in addition to conventional treatment. All the courses were 12 months. Micro structure changes were detected or calculated by S-3000N scanning electron microscope made in Japan. Results： The hair of patients with CKD1-4 microstructure significantly changed, and Prescription HUSHEN NO. Ⅱ was able to significantly improve the hair microstructure with CKD1-4. Conclusion： Prescription HUSHEN NO. Ⅱ was able to significantly improve the hair microstructure with CKD1-4, which provides the material foundation for the theory of ＂the Kidney Manifests Itself on the Hair＂ and expands the scope of the study of kidney essence, at a certain extent.
