五行音乐联合指压关元穴在肝癌介入术后尿潴留中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨五行音乐联合指压关元穴在肝癌介入术后尿潴留中的应用疗效。方法:将符合诊断标准的100例肝癌介入术后尿潴留患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例,对照组在常规治疗基础上予膀胱区热敷,治疗组在对照组基础上予五行音乐联合指压关元穴治疗,观察比较两组的疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为96.0%,对照组总有效率76.0%,两组比较,差异有统计意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。治疗组0.5 h及1 h内排尿人数优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:五行音乐联合指压关元穴能促进肝癌介入术后尿潴留患者尽早排尿。Objective： To discuss the efficacy of Five-Element Music combined with acupressure ＂Guanyuan （CV4）＂ on urinary retention in hepatocellular carcinoma after interventional therapy Methods： The 100 cases of urinary retention after interventional treatment of liver cancer were divided into treatment and control groups with 50 in each group. Patients were given bladder area hot compress in control group, and five-Element Music and acupressure ＂Guanyuan （CV4）＂, in treatment group, based on routine nursing. The efficacy of the two groups was observed. Results： The total effective rate was 96.0% in treatment group and 76.0% in control group, and the difference between the two roups was statistical （P〈0.05）. Compared with control group, there were more patients getting emiction within 0.5 and lhour in treatment group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Five- Element Music and acupressure ＂Guanyuan （CV4）＂ can effectively promote the urinary retention in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma after interventional therapy.
