摘　　要：目的:评价葛根素注射液联合黄芪注射液治疗病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效。方法:检索EMBASE、PUBMED、MEDLINE、AMED、CINAHL、Cochrane图书馆、中国知网数据库、重庆维普中文科技期刊数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、万方数据库和中国中医药期刊文献数据库从建库至2015年1月1日葛根素注射液联合黄芪注射液治疗病毒性心肌炎的随机对照试验研究,筛选合格研究。应用Cochrane评价员手册进行偏倚风险评价,Jadad评分法进行质量评价。应用Rev Man 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:符合纳入标准的文献共2篇。Meta分析结果显示,葛根素注射液联合黄芪注射液治疗病毒性心肌炎治疗组与对照组相比,临床疗效总有效率比值比(OR)=5.60,95%可信区间(CI)(1.57,19.98),差异有统计学意义(P=0.008);显效率OR=1.88,95%CI(1.04,3.40),差异有统计学意义(P=0.04)。纳入研究未有不良反应报道。结论:葛根素注射液联合黄芪注射液治疗病毒性心肌炎临床疗效显著,但由于本系统评价纳入研究的总体质量较低,研究的数量和样本量均较小,尚需要更多高质量、多中心、大样本、严格设计的随机对试验来进一步验证其疗效与安全性。Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy of puerarin injection combined with astragalus injection in the treatment of viral myocarditis. Methods： EMBASE, PUBMED, MEDLINE, AMED, CINAHL, Cochrane Library, China National Knowledge Infrastructure Database, Chongqing VIP Chinese Science and Technology Pe- riodical Database, Chinese Biomedical Literature Database, Wanfang Database and Traditional Chinese Medical Periodical Literature Database from the inception of each database up to 1 January 2015 were electronically searched. Randomized clinical trials （RCTs） of puerarin injection combined with astragalus injection for viral myocarditis were included. The Cochrane risk of bias tool was used to assess the risk of bias. We assessed the quality of included studies using the Jadad rating scale. The Cochrane Collaboration＇s RevMan5.3 software was used for meta-analysis. Results： Two studies were included and made a meta-analysis. The meta-analysis results showed that puerarin injection combined with astragalus injection treatment group comparing with control group, the total efficiency rate, odds ratio（OR） was 5.60, 95% confidence interval （CI） [1.57,19.98], and the dif- ference was statistically significant （P=0.008）. The significant efficiency rate OR was 1.88,95% CI [1.04-3.40], and the difference was statistically significant （P=0.04）. No studies included reported adverse reactions. Conclusion： Puerarin injection combined with astragalus injection in the treatment of viral myocarditis has significant clinical curative effect. However, the number and the study sample size are small and the methodological quality is low. To further evaluate the effect and safety of puerarin injection combined with astragalus injection for viral myocarditis, more rationally designed and strictly executed RCTs with large samples need to be made.
