摘 要:通过实验,从系列催化剂中选择KNO_3/CeO_2作为由二氧化碳、乙醇和环氧丙烷(PO)直接合成碳酸二乙酯(DEC)的催化剂,考察了KNO_3/CeO_2制备条件和合成反应条件对DEC合成反应的影响。结果表明,催化剂的活性与其焙烧温度和KNO_3负载量密切相关。对500℃焙烧的n(KNO_3)/n(CeO_2)为0.6的催化剂,取0.3g催化剂,在温度150℃,CO_2起始压力5MPa,n(乙醇):n(PO)=0.17:0.14,反应时间2h的条件下进行反应,DEC产率可达到2.53%,此时DEC的选择性为11.3%。此外,对KNO_3/CeO_2催化剂还做了X射线衍射、热重分析和比表面积测定等表征。Through experiments, KNO3/CeO2 was selected from a series of catalysts as the catalyst for direct synthesis of diethyl carbonate(DEC) from ethanol, carbon dioxide and propylene oxide(PO). The effects of the conditions for catalyst preparation and DEC synthesis on the reaction were investigated. The results showed that the activity of the catalyst was closely related to the calcination temperature and KNO3 loading. Using the KNO3/CeO2 calcined at 500°C with a KNO3/CeO2 mole ratio of 0.6 as catalyst,under the reaction conditions of catalyst 0.3g, 150° C, CO2 initial pressure of 5MPa, ethanol/PO feed mole ratio of 0.17/0.14 and reaction time of 2h, the yield of DEC was 2.53% with a DEC selection of 11.3%. In addition, the catalysts were also characterized by XRD, TG and BET.
