摘 要:从工艺、反应过程等方面分析了影响乙二醇(包括石油法以及合成气法)的紫外透过率(UV值)的因素,认为微量的有机杂质是影响合成气法乙二醇产品UV值的主要因素。介绍了现有的物理吸附和化学处理等用于提高乙二醇产品UV值的技术,简要总结了不同技术的优缺点,指出了开发提高合成气法乙二醇产品UV值的新技术的重要性。The factors influencing the UV transmittances of both petroleum-based and syngas-based ethylene glycols were analyzed based on the production processes and reaction routes, and the micro carbonyl compounds in ethylene glycol were considered as the main factor influencing the UV transmittances of syngas-based ethylene glycol. The methods, including physical adsorption and chemical treatment, for improving the UV transmittances of ethylene glycol were introduced, and their advantages and disadvantages were summarized. The importance of developing new technologies for improving the UV transmittances of the syngasbased ethylene glycol products was pointed out.
