摘　　要：HISCL-5000高敏发光全自动免疫分析仪以化学发光酶免疫测定法为工作原理,用碱性磷酸酶标记检测化学发光,采用目前最快速、最灵敏的化学发光底物CDP-Star,曝光时间只需15～60 s。反应在液体中进行,实现了短时间内的高效率反应,反应时间可短至17 min。我们根据美国临床和实验室标准化协会颁布的EP系列文件,对HISCL-5000分析仪的分析性能进行评价,对相关研究进展做一综述。Automated immunoassay system HISCL-5000 is an immunogen new technology to analyze the infec- tion indicators. HISCL-5000 is with chemiluminescent enzyme immunoassay for the works, with alkaline phospha- tase mark detecting chemiluminescence to send high sensitivity CDP-Star as substrate. CDP-Star is the fastest, most sensitive chemiluminescent substrate, the exposure time of only 15-60 s. The reaction is carried out in a liq- uid, thereby achieving high efficiency in a short response. HISCL-5000 short reaction time caused by 17 rain. Ac- cording to EP document series of American Society of Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute, we reviewed the clinical performance evaluation of HISCL-5000 analyzer in detection of infection indicators.
