四烯雌酮对妊娠母猪胚胎存活率的影响

摘　　要：为研究四烯雌酮对妊娠母猪是否有副作用,从妊娠35 d的10头后备母猪中随机选取2头作为Ⅰ组,从15头妊娠35 d的经产母猪中随机选出2头作为Ⅱ组,剩下的后备母猪和经产母猪分别作为Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组。Ⅰ组与Ⅱ组的每头母猪拌料饲喂四烯雌酮15 mg·d-1,连续饲喂14 d;没有流产的母猪直接进入21 d后的再次循环饲喂。结果表明,Ⅱ组经产母猪在饲喂完第一期四烯雌酮后全部流产,Ⅰ组所有的后备猪直到再次饲喂四烯雌酮后才流产;对照组的妊娠母猪全部正常分娩。试验结果表明,四烯雌酮可导致妊娠母猪流产及胚胎死亡。To find out the side-effect of altrenogest on pregnant swines, from 35 days of pregnancy of 10 head gilts randomly selected 2 head as group Ⅰ, from 15 head pregnancy 35 days of multiparous sows were randomly selected 2 head as the group Ⅱ, the rest of the gilts and multiparous sows as group Ⅲ and Ⅳ, respectively. GroupⅠand groupⅡ per sow mixed feeding 15 mg · d^-1 altrenogest, continuous feeding 14 days; no abortion of sow directly into the 21 d after the recirculating feeding. All sows aborted in groupⅡ after the first altrenogest treatment for 14 days, other sows did not abort. All sows aborted in groupⅠwhen they were treated with altrenogest for 14 days again,other sows did not abort in two control groups. In conclusion, altrenogest treatment led pregnancy sows to abortion and embryonic death.
