摘  要:目的研究本实验室分离提取的米邦塔仙人掌果胶(MCP)对小鼠慢性温和应激(CUMS)模型学习记忆影响。方法采用Morris水迷宫(MWM)对60只小鼠进行筛选后按照随机数字表分为5组(每组12只):正常对照组、CUMS模型组、MCP低剂量组(50 mg/kg)、MCP中剂量组(100 mg/kg)、MCP高剂量组(200 mg/kg)。建立CUMS模型,造模结束96 h后进行MWM实验。结果学习训练结束时,模型组小鼠逃逸潜伏期和游泳总路程显著长于对照组(P<0.01),在靶标象限游泳路程/游泳总路程和穿越平台次数均明显低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),MCP中、高剂量组小鼠逃逸潜伏期与模型组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),游泳总路程与模型组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),穿越平台的次数显著增加(P<0.05),而模型组、MCP各剂量组的小鼠游泳速度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 MCP对CUMS小鼠学习记忆具有一定的改善作用。Objective To explore the effect of milpa alta cactus pectin (MCP) on learning and memory in mice exposed to chronic unpredictable mild stress (CUMS). Methods A total of 60 qualified mice selected by Morris water Maze (MWM) were randomly divided into 5 groups using the random number table (12 mice in each group); Control group, CUMS group, MCP low dose group (50 mg/kg), MCP medium dose group (100 mg/kg), and MCP high dose group (200 mg/kg). The MWM test was conducted to evaluate the ability of learning and memory in 96 hours after the mice were exposed to CUMS. Results At the end of learning acquisition, compared with the control group, the escape latency and total swimming distance of CUMS group were significantly increased (P 〈 0.01), while the target quadrant swimming distance/total swimming distance and the time of crossing platform were significantly decreased (P 〈 0.05). Compared with CUMS group, MCP in medium dose group (100 mg/kg) and high dose group (200 mg/kg) significantly reduced the es- cape latency (P 〈 0.01) and the total swimming distance (P 〈 0.05), but not for the target quadrant swimming distance/total swimming distance (P 〉 0.05). CUMS and MCP treatment had no effect on the swimming speed in mice (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion MCP shows an improving effect on learning and memorizing in mice exposed to CUMS.
