摘　　要：分级诊疗制度在全国推行与实施后,大型公立医院的门诊需求将出现新的变化,普通门诊就诊人次会明显下降,门诊发展将受到影响。新形势下,大型公立医院需进一步明确门诊功能定位,利用"互联网+医疗"发展契机,通过优化门诊设置结构、积极应用信息化技术、创新门诊管理与服务等举措,完成门诊服务重点转型,从而更好地发挥公益性作用,适应并推进分级诊疗。By implementation of hierarchical medical system, the outpatient demand in major public hospitals will turn and the general out-patient service will obviously decrease, which will have a significant impact on the major public hospitals. Under the new medical reform, in order to better play the public welfare and adapt and promote the hierarchical medical system, major public hospitals need to further clarify the function of outpatient and use internet medical development opportunities to complete the transformation of outpatient service focus, on the basis of optimizing outpatient structure, application of information technology, innovative outpatient management and service.
