摘　　要：近年来随着医疗事业的快速发展,医院所承担的科研项目及研究经费来源途径也逐渐趋于复杂化。医院科研经费直接影响着科研项目的有序进行,医院科研经费的管理在科研管理中占有重要主导地位,科学、有序、合理管理科研经费有助于提升医院的科研水平。本文针对河北北方学院附属第一医院(以下简称"我院")科研经费的管理现状进行分析,找出不足,结合我院的具体实际,实施了完善科研经费的编制预算、明确科研经费的管理原则、强化经费使用管理、引进绩效评估系统、建立互相沟通信息平台等举措,并取得了较好的成效,有利促进了我院科研管理工作的开展和科研水平的提高。In recent years, with the rapid development of medical services, the hospital scientific research projects and funds have gradually become more complex. The hospital scientific research funds have a direct impact on the scientific research project, the management of scientific research funds in the hospital plays an important role in the management of scientific research. Scientific, orderly and reasonable management of scientific research funds will help improve the scientific research level of the hospital. This paper analyzes the management status of the research funding of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hebei North University （＂our hospital＂ for short）, discovers the insufficiency, combined with the specific reality of our hospital, has put the measures such as improvement of the preparation of scientific research funds, clear of the management of .scientific research funds, strengthen of the use of funds, introduction of performance evaluation system, establishment of mutual communication information platform, et al. It has achieved good results; promoted the scientific research management development and improved the level of scientific research in our hospital greatly.
