广州市农民健康状况及健康教育需求分析

摘　　要：目的准确掌握广州市农民的健康状况及其健康教育需求情况,以便为农村健康相关工作的开展提供现实依据。方法选取广州市农民为调查对象,采用问卷调查的方式,研究广州市农民的健康状况及健康教育需求状况。结果①本次调查共计发放问卷1300份,收集有效问卷共计1244份,问卷收集有效率为95.69%;②调查对象患高血压、糖尿病、高脂血症、心脏病等慢性疾病的整体比例为26.37%,且随着年龄增长,患病率显著升高(P<0.01);③调查对象对于健康知识需求主要为疾病防治知识(89.15%)、劳动保护知识(62.30%)、营养搭配知识(55.14%)、戒烟知识(44.61%)、心理健康知识(40.84%)和体育锻炼知识(38.26%);④调查对象对于健康知识的需求途径主要为广播电视手机途径(83.76%),医疗机构宣传途径(42.77%),家人和朋友途径(39.95%),书报、杂志途径(36.50%)和医务人员咨询途径(12.46%)。结论广州市农民健康状况整体水平不高,广大农民对于健康知识的需求程度较高,应结合其需求途径的特点,开展形式多样的健康教育活动。Objective To accurately grasp the health status and health education needs of farmers in Guangzhou City, in order to provide practical basis for the development of rural health related work. Methods The farmers of Guangzhou City were selected as the investigation objects. Questionnaire survey method was used to study the health status and health education needs of farmers in Guangzhou City. Results （1）1244 valid questionnaires had collected among 1300 questionnaires, the effective rate was 95.69%. （2）The overall proportion of subjects with hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, heart disease and other chronic diseases was 26.37%, and prevalence rate increased with the age （P 〈 0.01）. （3）The health knowledge demands were mainly as follow： knowledge of disease prevention （89.15%）, knowledge of labor protection （62.30%）, knowledge of nutrition collocation （55.14%）, knowledge of smoking cessation （44.61%）, knowledge of mental health （40.84%）, knowledge of physical exercise （38.26%）. （4）The demands path of health knowledge were mainly as follow： the mobile phone radio and television （83.76%）, medical institutions propaganda way （42.77%）, family and friends way （39.95%）, newspapers, magazines way （36.50%） and the medical staff consultation way （12.46%）. Conclusion The health status of rural farmers in suburban areas is not high, the demand for health knowledge is high, and the characteristics of the needs of the farmers should be combined tO carry out various forms of health education.
