摘 要:基于计算机网络中的"闭环反馈拥塞控制"和"银行家算法",设计了电动汽车充电拥塞控制机制.在充电过程中,若出现拥塞,则反馈信息给控制器.系统根据当前状态和银行家算法,在充电桩可能的功率组合中寻找能使变压器负载不超过额定值,且总体所需充满电池时间最短的解,对各个充电桩重新进行功率分配,并反馈新的状态信息到控制器,形成闭环反馈控制.最后,通过一组随机的充电桩状态进行拥塞发生后的实验,并在系统保护装置未反应的时间内找到高效充电功率组合,验证了该机制的可行性.This electric vehicle charging congestion control mechanism learn results from ideas of "closed-loop feedback congestion control"and "banker's algorithm "used in computer network. In the charging process,if there is congestion,the system will send feedback to the controller. According to the system state and the principles of "banker's algorithm ",the combination of charge pile is found,which makes the transformer load within its rating and overall time of full charge the shortest. Then,the power of each charging pile is resigned by the combination,and newstatus information is sent to the controller from a closed-loop feedback control. Finally,the experiments are carried out when a group of random states of charging piles are congested. Moreover,the algorithm quickly finds out the best combination of charging power before protection devices verify the feasibility of the mechanism.
