摘 要:为了探索水工混凝土中MgO极限掺量的确定方法,进行了骨料粒径对外掺MgO水泥基材料压蒸膨胀变形及孔隙结构的影响的试验研究。试验结果表明,骨料粒径对MgO水泥基材料的压蒸膨胀变形及孔隙结构有重要影响。随着骨料粒径的增大,外掺MgO水泥基材料的压蒸膨胀变形由大变小的顺序是:水泥砂浆>一级配混凝土砂浆>二级配混凝土砂浆>三级配混凝土砂浆>四级配混凝土砂浆,MgO极限掺量随骨料粒径变化的规律则相反。骨料粒径对试件孔隙结构参数的影响,在MgO极限掺量之前和之后的规律相似,水泥砂浆试件对于结构破坏的灵敏度最高。To explore the ascertaining method of MgO ultimate content in hydraulic concrete, the experimental research of influence of aggregate size on autoclave -treated expansibility and pore structure of cement -based material with MgO was tested.The results show that the influence of aggregate size on autoclave - treated expansibility and pore structure of cement - based material with MgO is im- portant.The order from large to small of the autoclave - treated expansibility with the increase of aggregate size is ,mortar 〉 one - grade concrete mortar 〉 two - grade concrete mortar 〉 three - grade concrete mortar 〉 four - grade concrete mortar. The order of MgO ulti- mate content is inverse with the changing of aggregate size.The influence of aggregate size on the pore structure parameter is similar be- fore and after MgO ultimate content.The sensitivity of mortar specimen on structure damage is highest.
