摘　　要：以不同种源地的天然单株和杂交无性系柳树资源为研究对象,系统分析了种源间和种源内柳树变异系数、显著性水平差异、多重比较和聚类分析。结果表明：柳树种源间和种源内变异系数较大,变异区间分别为9.0%-35.4%、6.4%-57.35;种源间和种源内的性状差异达到显著以上水平（P〈0.05）的指标分别为：种源间57.1%,种源内89.9%;多重比较表明16个表型性状存在不同层度的差异,东营柳树资源种源内差异显著;聚类分析表明江苏种源与其他种源差异较大。野生柳树表型性状变异较大,不同种源间存在地理隔离的影响。Using different provenance natural plant and hybrid clones of willow resources as the research objects.There is system research about the variation coefficient,the difference of significance level,the multiple comparison and the cluster analysis between provenance and within provenance.The results show that variation coefficient is large both between provenance and within provenance,the variation range are 9.0% -35.4%,6.4% -57.35.Between provenance and within provenance,there are 57.1% and 89.9% of character reached significant level（P〈0.05）.Multiple comparisons showed that 16 phenotypic traits have differences.And there is significant difference in Dong Ying willow resource provenance.Cluster analysis showed that the difference is larger between Jiang Su provenance and other provenance.The phenotypic traits variation is larger in the wild willow,and geographical isolation is an important influence reason between provenances.
