摘  要:介绍了252 k V GIS分支母线壳体结构,分析了管材缩口的工艺,对缩口系数、缩口壁厚尺寸、缩口力等工艺参数进行计算与校核,介绍了缩口模结构设计和工作过程。实践表明,采用缩口工艺生产的变径筒体外形美观,可改善开关内部高压电场,节约铝材和气体用量,提高经济效益。The structure of a 252 kV GIS branch busbar shell was described and the pro- cess of pipe necking was analyzed, and the process parameters such as necking coeffi- cient, necking thickness, necking force were calculated and checked. Also the structural de- sign and work process of the necking die were presented. Practice showed that the appear- ance of reducing cylinder produced by necking process was good, which could improve the high voltage electric field in the switch and save aluminum and gas.
