营养干预对轻度子痫前期患者24h尿蛋白定量的影响研究

摘　　要：目的研究营养干预对轻度子痫前期患者24h尿蛋白定量的影响。方法选取2011年6月至2014年6月我科收治的轻度子痫前期孕妇126例,所有入选者均为首次妊娠,随机分为两组,每组各63例,对照组行常规治疗,干预组在此基础上给予营养干预措施,比较两组患者24h尿蛋白定量的改善情况。结果根据24h尿蛋白定量结果分为A级和B级(为方便记录)两个等级,入院时每个等级的患者例数比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.37,P>0.05);分娩时两组各级别间例数比较有统计学意义(χ2=5.42,0.01<P<0.05);分娩前两组患者24h尿蛋白量较入院时均下降,干预组与对照组相比下降更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论营养干预是一种方便、易实施的健康干预措施,可明显降低轻度子痫前期孕妇24h尿蛋白量。Objective To investigate the effect of nutritional intervention on 24 h urinary protein in patients with mild preeclampsia. Methods 126 cases mild preeclampsia pregnant women who were first pregnancy were selected and randomly divided into two groups（ 63 cases in each group）. The patients in control group were received routine treatment,and the intervention group patients were received routine treatment and with nutrition intervention. The 24 h urine protein levels in each group were measured and the results were analyzed.Results According to the quantitative results of 24 h urinary protein,two grades were classified as grade A and grade B. At the time of admission,there was no significantly difference on the number of patients with each level in two groups patients（ χ~2= 0. 37,P 〉 0. 05）. At the time of delivery,the number of patients in the two groups was statistically significant（ χ~2= 5. 42,0. 01 〈 P 〈 0. 05）. The 24 h urinary protein levels in both group patients before the delivery was decreased compared with the time of admission. The decrease of 24 h urinary protein levels in intervention group was significantly more than that of control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Nutritional intervention is a convenient and easy way to implement health intervention,and can significantly reduce the 24 h urine protein in mild preeclampsia pregnant women.
