四种中药注射液对常用生化检验项目的分析干扰筛选  被引量:14

摘  要:目的探讨丹红注射液、丹参酮IIa磺酸钠注射液、灯盏花素注射液、喜炎平注射液对常用生化检验项目是否存在体外分析干扰。方法收集当日我院体检中心3日内未服用任何药物的健康体检者混合血清做基础样本,取基础样本20倍稀释四种药物原液作为实验样本。取基础样本20倍稀释注射用水做对照样本,分别测定丙氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、尿素(UREA)、肌酐(CREA)、尿酸(UA)、总胆固醇(TCHO)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)a-羟丁酸脱氢酶(a-HBDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB),通过计算得出4种药物对各检验项目是否存在干扰可能。结果四种药物中丹红注射液对生化项目UREA、CREA、UA、TG、TCHO、HDL-C、a-HBDH、LDL-C、CK、CK-MB存在分析干扰可能,丹参酮IIa磺酸钠注射液对实验中的生化项目不存在分析干扰可能,喜炎平注射液对生化项目LDH存在分析干扰可能,灯盏花素注射液对生化检验项目CREA、UA、TG、TCHO、HDL-C、LDL-C、LDH存在分析干扰可能。结论四种中药注射液中丹红注射液、喜炎平注射液和灯盏花素注射液对部分生化检验项目存在干扰可能。Objective To investigate the interference of the Danhong injection,Tanshinone IIa sodium injection,Breviscapine injection and Xiyanping injection on common clinical biochemical tests. Methods The mixed serums of healthy medical examiners without taking any medication in 3 days from medical examination center were selected as the basic sample. The basic sample were diluted with 20 times with four kinds of medicine as the experimental sample,diluted with 20 times water as the control sample. The alanine aminotransferase( AST),aspartate aminotransferase( ALT),lactate dehydrogenase( LDH),urea( UREA),creatinine( CREA),uric acid( UA),total cholesterol( TCHO),triglyceride( TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol( HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol( LDL-C) a-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase( a-HBDH),creatine kinase( CK) and creatine kinase isoenzyme( CK-MB) were measured respectively. Results The Danhong Injection medicine had analytical interference on UREA,CREA,UA,TG,TCHO,HDL-C,aHBDH,LDL-C,CK and CK-MB. Tanshinone IIa sodium injection had no analytical interference on all biochemical test items. Xiyanping injection had analytical interference on LDH,and Breviscapine Injection had analytical interference on the items CREA, UA, TG, TCHO, HDL-C, LDL-C, and LDH. Conclusion Danhong injection, Xiyanping injection and Breviscapine Injection have the possibilities of analytical interference on part of biochemical test items.
