荣肤血针法治疗痤疮的随机对照研究

摘　　要：目的:观察荣肤血针法治疗痤疮的临床疗效。方法:选择62例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予荣肤血针法(乌蛇荣皮汤煎剂100 m L,每日3次口服;血针疗法每日1次),对照组给予桃红四物汤煎剂100 m L,每日3次口服。疗程均为4周。分别于每周治疗后观察患者粉刺、丘疹、脓疱、囊肿和结节变化。结果 :治疗组治愈显效率96.77%,优于对照组64.52%,两组疗效有显著性差异(P<0.05);随访三个月后复发率治疗组为6.45%,对照组29.03%,治疗组复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均无不良反应发生。结论:荣肤血针法能可提高临床疗效,降低复发率,安全性好。Objective： To study the therapeutic effect of zaocys dhumnade Skin-beauty decoction combined with the Hemo-acupuncture phototherapy to the treatment of acne. Methods： Sixty-two cases were randomly divided into an observational group and a control group, 31 cases in each. Observational group was treated with Skin-beauty decoction and Hemo-acupuncture（Zaocys dhumnade Skin-beauty decoction 100 m L each time, 3times a day; and Hemo-acupuncture once a day） for a total of 4 weeks, and control group was treated with ＂Taohong-si-wu＂ decoction three times a day for 4 weeks. The therapeutic effect and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups after treatment. Results： The cure rate of observational group（96.77%） was significantly higher than that in control group（ 64.52%）（P〈0.05）.The relapse rate in observational group（6.45%） was significantly lower than that in control group（29.03%） after a 3-month follow-up（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： PThe Hemo-acupuncture combined with Skin-beauty decoction treatment of acne could improve clinical effect and decrease recurrence rate.
